Perceptible

Poetry comes into its own during days of panic, plague, peril, precariousness.  Last year, a small town came together to share poetry that moved them, under one roof on a winter’s night and warmed their hands around a hot pie.  Together with Holly Munday Bespoke Catering, Poetry & Pies was born.  But that was pre-COVID19/COaVoID19.

Poetry is needed now more than ever for solace, beauty, escape, rhythm.  And so is togetherness.  In this time of isolation and uncertainty, join us for a virtual Poetry & Pies.  We’re calling it Perceptible, for it’s all about perceptions.

A curated event of the spoken word, by a town, for a town.  Perceptible will be aired here on Friday 24th July 2020.  So, collect your heart-warming food from Holly Munday Bespoke Catering, get comfortable on the sofa and crack open a screen.  Some words are best heard, let our town share these words with you.
